favorites Tulio Rondón (viola da gamba) and Dieter Hennings (theorbo)
make a triumphant return to Tucson in this new ensemble, founded in the
Netherlands, with gambist Julie Elhard and harpsichordist Paul Boehnke.
Their program presents music from the French Baroque composed for two
viols and continuo, with works by Jean de Sainte-Colombe, Marin Marais,
Robert de Visée, and Joseph Bodin de Boismortier. |
